*Special conditions:

For groups (10 rig minimum), utilizing the Moscow Barn is free of charge, but only available during our winter season (Dec 1 - Feb 28) excluding holidays. A $300 cleaning deposit is collected when the reservation is made, and will be returned following inspection. For groups with less than 10 rigs, the Moscow Barn is available for rent.
