Bedding: Please bring your own bedding - pillows, sheets, sleeping bags, blankets - whatever you prefer! But there is no provided bedding!

2 night minimum
$250 refundable security deposit
No discounts apply to Cottage rentals.
No smoking
No arrivals after 9pm on summer weekends (Thursday - Saturday between May 1st and October 31st)
No arrivals after 8pm on summer weekdays (Sunday - Wednesday between May 1st and October 31st)
No arrivals after 4:30 pm in the winter (Nov 1 - April 30 excluding holidays)
Cottage must be clean when you depart.
*We have one Ranch House that offers the most luxurious of the Cottage accommodations. It has a slightly larger footprint and more amenities - full details can be found here. Because of this, it also starts at a higher rate.
